Windows 10 in English?

Between Windows and Linux, one of the disadvantages (a part from the price) has been the constraints on interface language. If Windows was installed in French, for example, it was difficult, and maybe even illegal, to change to another language.

With Windows 10 (which has been a free upgrade this year for computers with legitimate licenses of Windows 7  SP1 and Windows 8.1), it is now possible to change the main language of the computer!

I hope that this will help you with Windows, but it does not help with other Microsoft Programs like Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher). With Office 365 or Office 2016, it is possible to change the interface language an all menus, but with Office 2003-2013, this is a paid upgrade.

If you want something compatible with Office, but that is free, translated into other languages, and up-to-date, Libreoffice is still available. In the same idea, Linux (Ubuntu) is available as a free alternative to Windows.

Avec Windows 10, duquel les mises à jour ont été gratuites cette année (à partir d’une licence authentique pour Windows 7 SP1 et Windows 8.1), c’est désormais possible à facilement changer la langue d’interface d’un ordinateur. Cela veut dire que ce n’est plus nécessaire de naviguer des menus dans une langue étrangère sur Windows.

J’espère que cela vous aidera avec Windows, mais il n’aide pas avec des logiciels Microsoft comme Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher). Avec Office 365 ou Office 2016, c’est possible de changer la langue gratuitement, mais avec Office 2003-2013, ces mises à jour sont payantes.
